About the Fruit

Katy apples are medium to large in size with attractive red-flushed skin over a yellow-green base. The flesh is crisp, juicy and sweet with a refreshing, mild flavour that makes it one of the most enjoyable early apples for fresh eating. Best eaten straight from the tree at the peak of ripeness in late August and September.
