Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a place at our Wreath Making Workshop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking

Your place is confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Workshop places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check the workshop date and time carefully before completing your booking. Your booking is for the specific workshop session selected at checkout.

2. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

As workshop places are limited and materials are purchased and prepared in advance, workshop bookings are non-refundable and cannot normally be exchanged for another date.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will always try to assist where we can, we cannot guarantee that your place can be transferred, rescheduled or refunded.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

3. Non-Attendance

If you book a place and do not attend the workshop, no refund or exchange will be provided for the unused place.

The value of the unused booking will be retained and treated as a charitable donation to Access Employment Ltd (AEL) a registered charity.

If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Any alternative arrangement, including transferring your place, will be considered at our discretion and subject to availability.

4. Cancellation or Changes by the
Organiser

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the workshop, including changes to the venue, date, time, tutor or workshop content, where circumstances require.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop, we will contact affected customers as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative date or refund, as appropriate.

We cannot accept responsibility for additional costs incurred by attendees,
including travel, accommodation or other expenses, arising from a change or cancellation of the workshop.

5. Workshop Materials

All materials required to make your wreath will be provided. As we use seasonal and natural materials, the foliage, flowers and other materials
used may vary from photographs or examples shown online. We reserve the right to substitute materials with suitable alternatives of a similar quality and value.

Natural materials will naturally vary in colour, size, shape and appearance, making every wreath unique.

6. Allergies & Sensitivities

The workshop may involve natural foliage, plants, moss, berries, wires, tools, adhesives and other craft materials.

Please inform us before attending if you have any allergies, sensitivities or other
conditions that may affect your participation.

Participants are responsible for making us aware of any relevant allergies or sensitivities.

7. Health & Safety

Participants must follow all reasonable health and safety instructions given by the workshop organiser and use tools and materials responsibly.

8. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings brought to the workshop. We cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal possessions.

9. Photography & Video

Photography and/or video may be taken during the workshop for use on our website, social media or other promotional materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the organiser when you arrive.

10. Age & Supervision

Unless otherwise stated on the individual workshop booking page, participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

11. Liability

We will take reasonable care to provide a safe and enjoyable workshop environment.

To the extent permitted by law, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury or damage arising from a participant’s failure to follow reasonable
instructions or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We will not be liable for failure or delay in providing the workshop where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, transport disruption, venue closure or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, we will offer an alternative date or other appropriate arrangement.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the information provided on the relevant Wreath Making Workshop booking page.
