Q. Do you allow dogs in your garden centre?
Well behaved dogs are welcome in all outdoor areas within Naggy Burn Garden Centre. Dogs must remain on a lead and are not permitted into our shop.

Q. Do you offer delivery?
We offer a delivery service. Delivery within a 10 mile distance by road is £5. Alternatively, you may Click and Collect with no minimum spend. We will contact you when your order is available which is usually within 48 hours.

Q. Do you offer a natural alternative to traditional chemicals and fertilisers?
Yes, we offer a range of natural and organic gardening products. You can find a number of them listed on our website and available in store.

Q. Do you sell seeds?
We have a range of seeds available in store.

Q. Do you sell gift vouchers?
Naggy Burn Garden Centre gift vouchers can be purchased from our onsite shop.

Q. What is your returns and refunds policy?
If an item is faulty, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
