Beetroot Detroit 2

A classic, round-rooted beetroot and one of the most widely grown varieties in the UK. 'Detroit 2' produces smooth, deep red roots with a rich flavour and stores exceptionally well. A dependable choice for any kitchen garden. Sow direct April–July; harvest July–October.
