Beetroot Chioggia

A heritage Italian variety with striking candy-striped flesh — alternating rings of red and white that look stunning raw or lightly cooked. Chioggia beetroot has a mild, sweet flavour and holds its colour better than most when sliced. Sow direct April–July; harvest July–October.
