At Naggy Burn Garden Centre, there's a lot more going on behind the scenes than most people realise. Every plant you pick up, every path you walk along, every price label you scan at the till, there's a person behind it who put it there with care. That person is likely one of our trainees, and this is their story.

Labelled with Love: Rhoda

Our price labels are stuck in place by trainees like Rhoda. Notice how they're straight, wrinkle-free, and perfectly positioned so they scan first time at the till. It sounds simple, but it takes real attention to detail to get right. And Rhoda gets it right, every time.

Proudly Potted: Jamie

Our bedding plants are potted by trainees like Jamie. Each plant is carefully centred in its pot, the compost fills evenly, and the picture label sits perfectly straight. The results speak for themselves, and so does the pride Jamie takes in every single one.

Team Work: Stuart

Working as part of a team is one of the most valuable skills anyone can develop, and our trainees like Stuart are doing exactly that every day. Stuart brings energy, enthusiasm, and a great sense of fun to everything he does. That sense of belonging and value is something we're proud to nurture at Naggy Burn.

Tidy Paths: Jordan

Running a garden centre is a messy job. There's always somewhere needing cleaned! Our paths, floors, and benches are kept tidy by trainees like Jordan, who takes real ownership of keeping the centre looking its best for every customer who walks through the door.
